What do you do for free?
The stuff you'd do on a Saturday with nobody watching and nobody paying. It's allowed to be small and it's allowed to be weird as sh*t.
Not doom-scrolling, and not "Netflix and suddenly it's midnight." The thing you'd happily lose three hours to, and it can be anything at all. Rebuilding a friend's pantry, redrawing the same illustration on Procreate until it's right, planning the kids' craft afternoon like a tiny event coordinator, going 40 tabs deep on a topic nobody else cares about. Be specific, because "I reorganized my sister's whole kitchen on a Saturday" gives me something to work with.
You need to get paid, obviously. This is shorthand for the thing you love enough to do every day. The one you assume could never pay the bills is usually the one to write down.

What do people come to you for?
Your friends have been running an unpaid help desk out of your phone for years. The answers are sitting in your text messages right now.
Friends, family, the colleague who always finds you wherever you are. What do they come to you for when they've got a problem?

Who keeps ending up in front of you?
There's usually one actual human whose situation makes you lean in when they start talking.
Maybe it's an earlier version of you, or the person who keeps landing in your DMs asking for advice, or the one you find yourself mentally writing an email to at a red light.
You're after the sentence that would make them say "wait, are you watching me?" Their words, their scenario, the thing they say when they're venting about it.
